The wine
Dedicated to the most historic and loyal collaborator of the Le Piane project, Mimmo is the Boca minor of the company. A product that tells this splendid and rough territory with immediacy and simplicity. Ruby with garnet reflections, it has a pleasant but multifaceted nose, with echoes of plum, wild strawberry, cherry, and of course mineral and balsamic puffs that reveal its great temper. Mineral also in the mouth, it has a nice vivid but integrated tannin and a rich persistence.
