The wine

Ribas Blanc is made from single grape, the indigenous Prensal, a little white full of citrus and white fruit aromas, complex and unctuous.

A white-gold colour, clean and bright, highlights on the nose are citrus fruits (lime), white fruit (pear, white plum), with floral hints and the freshness of fennel and grass. On the palate it offers a sweet citrusy attack, a flowing citrusy passage through the mouth, and an elegant bitterness typical of the Prensal grape. Ideal for enjoying at lunchtime or accompanying aperitifs.
