The wine

Can Axartell Blanco has a straw yellow color, it has greenish glints that reflect its vivacity and freshness. Bright and limpid, it manifests an attractive luminosity in the glass. On the nose it shows good aromatic intensity, the result of the expression of the Malvasía de Banyalbufar variety. The pome fruits (pear, apple) stand out, accompanied by citrus tones and a background of white flowers that gives it a very pleasant character.

It is a very fresh wine, with an acidity that accompanies it throughout its journey, providing great durability in the mouth and persistence. The two varieties that make it up (Malvasía de Banyalbufar and Premsal) reflect in perfect harmony the uniqueness and friendliness of the Mediterranean character. The four-month aging on lees contributes to increasing the complexity and creaminess of the wine, making it more elegant and pleasant.
