Blanc Pescador and Cresta Rosa have been benchmarks in Spain since they started out in the 1960s. Two elegant wines with a subtle sparkle that comes about purely as a result of a natural second fermentation occurring over a period of two weeks; the lightest of bubbles are slowly released on uncorking the bottle and produce a slight tingling sensation on the taste buds.
A pale colour, with light yellow-green hues and bright in appearance, this wine has an aromatic nose, with a soft fruit fragrance and plenty of vigour. It is light and pleasant on the palate, with a delicious sparkle.

Pescador light sparkling wine was recommended by a friend. She had tasted it whilst on holiday in Barcelona. Determined to try it , I ordered it through vinissimus. This is a lovely light sparkling wine with no sharp or bitter edge to it. It has just the right level of sweetness and dryness and tastes delicious when well chilled. Delicious wine which I will definitely buy againby: Alan Perry (30/11/2019)
Crisp and slightly sparkling - very drinkable.
We've had this wine a number of times in Spain, it's one we always look out for. We were really pleased to be able to buy it online for what we thought was a very reasonable price and the delivery time was excellent. The wine tastes just as good in the UK and it does bring back memories of warm sunshine and blue skies in a somewhat dreary UK November.by: Brian S (12/06/2018)
As good as much more expensive fizz
Discovered this wine on a family holiday. Extremely good value and as good as much more expensive fizz. It does not have a champagne type cork but don't worry it has a good sparkle and fizz. We have used it as the reception wine for two family weddings. It is now a family tradition wine for all special occasions.by: Tom Anthony (20/09/2017)
Great light summer wine..
We came across this wine on a trip to Spain and have been buying it ever since. It is dry, low alcohol, slightly bubbly, very lovely and very cheap. An ideal wine for summerby: Val (14/04/2017)
Light effervescence to this wine.
Love this wine for summer entertaining and barbecues. Always a favourite with friends and family. Not into talking about wine, just like what I like!
