Details for Blanc Pescador
Blanc Pescador and Cresta Rosa have been benchmarks in Spain since they started out in the 1960s. Two elegant wines with a subtle sparkle that comes about purely as a result of a natural second fermentation occurring over a period of two weeks; the lightest of bubbles are slowly released on uncorking the bottle and produce a slight tingling sensation on the taste buds.
A pale colour, with light yellow-green hues and bright in appearance, this wine has an aromatic nose, with a soft fruit fragrance and plenty of vigour. It is light and pleasant on the palate, with a delicious sparkle.

Crisp and slightly sparkling - very drinkable.
We've had this wine a number of times in Spain, it's one we always look out for. We were really pleased to be able to buy it online for what we thought was a very reasonable price and the delivery time was excellent. The wine tastes just as good in the UK and it does bring back memories of warm sunshine and blue skies in a somewhat dreary UK November.by: Nigel Taylor (08/09/2018)
