At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; pleasant fruity and floral scents with notes of acacia, pear, peeled almonds, elderflower and lime, make up a fresh, pleasant and complex nose. The sip wraps the mouth fresh and soft, balanced and persistent. Overall it is an expressive and medium-bodied wine. Ideal in combination with fish dishes and risotto with vegetables.
Drinking and storing
Un grande Verdicchio, senza se e senza ma. Potente e ricco, con una progressione ed una persistenza che si riscontra in vini di ben altre fasce di prezzo. Chiamarlo "base" è quasi offensivo. Un'altra grande versione prodotta da una delle mie aziende preferite in ambito bianchiste.
