Review
Organic grapes intended for the production of this AA Pansa Blanca are harvested by hand and macerated briefly and at low temperature to obtain the most elegant aromas of the skins. Then, the must flower will ferment into a floral and fruity wine (peaches and ripe lemons), with a background of green almonds and fennel. Saline, tasty and sweet sensations in the mouth.
