Return to the origin, to the first variety with which sparkling wines were made in Catalonia: la monastrell. Grape harvested by hand at the optimum point of maturation allows obtaining a base wine that ages with nobility. A slight film maceration allows the slight pink color and the aromas of red fruits. The upbringing is felt in the pastry notes that a very well integrated bubble transports to a delicate aftertaste.

well done wine

light pink color and subtle characteristic of the variety. Aromas of aging with finer shades of red grapes. Light and fresh palate, recalling the aromas of red fruits. Given his upbringing, we can perceive notes of pastry, well integrated post a bubble and delicate taste

Ligero y Fresco.

Los vinos de AA no son ni comunes y son siempre diferentes segun la añada. Rosado y con burbuja fina, con gusto muy delicado. Muy bueno para acompañar entrantes y tapas.
