Review
From the Natural Park of the Serralada de Marina, comes this great sparkling Mediterranean. The strains are impregnated with the sea breeze and sink their roots in the granite sands to absorb the best of an exciting energy landscape. Chardonnay must ferments in second-year French barrels to add volume and aromatic complexity to the whole. Aromas of ripe white fruit and flowers, wild fruits, nuts and salinity perfume a balanced and structured mouth with a tasty and very persistent finish.
