The wine
Giorgi's Sangue di Giuda from Oltrepò Pavese has a bright purple red color with a medium persistence creamy foam. The nose is intense, quite complex, fine, fruity with vinous and fragrant notes. The sip is pleasantly sweet, persistent and medium-bodied. It expresses its best when enjoyed in the company of spicy dry cheeses or sweet jams based cheeses.
