Refreshing fino

A fino more like a manzanilla, lean crisp and a litte salty with good fruit. A nice suprise and a new favorite!

Osborne Fino

Doesn't seem to have quite the weight or complexity of a few years ago, when you could still spot the Osborne bull on Spanish hillsides. Still good, but a little one-dimensional.

un peu déçu

je reste sur un sentiment de déception pour ce vin que j'avais déjà acheté à plusieurs reprises il y a un an et deux ans. en effet il dégage une amertume très (trop) marquée en fin de bouche. désolé je n'en achèterai plus.

Sempre una certezza

Sempre una certezza. Già lo conoscevo e tutte le volte mi piace. Bevibile, mai invadente ma mai anonimo. Un buon Fino da bere a volontà.

Alcool?

Si sente troppo l'alcool (ma solo 15° gradi!), con lievissima punta d'acido. Sembrerebbe che l'alcool sia una parte separata dal tutto.
