More delicate than the Fino Puerto Fino but still very yeasty. And even more yeasty on the palate. Very precise with an underlying power. Drier and more mineral than the Fino Puerto Fino. But power shows on the finish.

The original company was founded in 1896 by Don José Ruiz-Berdejo, a wholesaler who grew vines on an estate that is still in the family, and sold his wines to the large exporting bodegas.
