El Molar 2017
Front and back

Review:

El Molar is an unconventional wine; an original Grenache, fresh and lighter than you'd expect from a wine produced in the hills of Sierra del Molar in Murcia. Maybe it's the north-facing vineyards, or the foudres used for ageing, or perhaps a combination of both elements as well as other factors like the chalky soil of the land. The fact is, El Molar de Casa Castillo is a wine which makes you fall in love with it at every sip. Aromatic, balsamic, packed with fresh red fruit, it is both creamy and smooth-flowing at the same time.

Garnacha: buena fruta. Hay que dejarlo una hora abierto o decantarlo 1/2. Es un buen vino que mejora si llega a la sobremesa. Predomina la buena fruta y tiene poco cuerpo por su crianza en fudres de varios años.
