Wonderfully fruity!

Highly recommended young red wine - bursting with fruity flavours. I would advise serving slightly lower than room temperature for the best result.

De los mejores en su precio

Una auténtica sorpresa por color, sabor y desgustación, para el precio que tiene. De los que este año he repetido más como vino de entre diario, con un largo final, y una combinación de uvas muy rara de ver aquí en España.

Vino mediterráneo con mucho empaque

Jumilla a pasado a ser un acierto seguro en sus vinos bien elaborados. Quizás el cambio climático les ha cogido más adptados, lo tiene todo: fruta, profundidad, exquisitos aromas de fermentación y crianza, taninos pulidos, mineralidad... a un precio imbatible.

Casa Castillo was founded in 1941, when Don José Sánchez-Cerezo acquired the estate with the aim of exploiting the rosemary of the mount. Inside the same property was an old winery that, in 1985, the second generation of the family decided to restart. Thus began a new project that included the restructuring of the vineyard and the planting of new varieties. In 1991, the winery building was renovated and two years later the first wine was released.
