The wine
Where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean, Empordà reveals its freest and most authentic character. Inspired by Punta dels Canons, a windswept spot by the sea battered by the Tramontana, Cap de Canons reflects Perelada’s young, contemporary vision.
Made with Garnacha and Syrah from vineyards between 20 and 30 years old, it combines freshness, fruit and balance. On the nose, notes of black cherry, plum and Mediterranean herbs emerge, accompanied by delicate spicy hints. The palate is juicy, approachable and full of Empordà personality, with a fresh finish that invites another sip.
A sincere and versatile red, perfect to enjoy with friends, alongside cured meats, rice dishes or white meats.
