|Type||Frizzante rosé wine|
Blanc Pescador and Cresta Rosa have been benchmarks in Spain since they started out in the 1960s. Two elegant wines with a subtle sparkle that comes about purely as a result of a natural second fermentation occurring over a period of two weeks; the lightest of bubbles are slowly released on uncorking the bottle and produce a slight tingling sensation on the taste buds.
What does this wine taste like?
A pale rose colour and very bright, this wine is pleasantly aromatic and lightly fruity on the nose. Enhanced by the touch of sparkle, it is light and delicious on the palate.

good for every occasion.
To drink as a aperitif. To drink on a summer day. To drink at the table with friends. It's also affordable as a everyday table wine. Nice, refreshing, not too alcoholic, with a surprisingly lightly toasty yeasty taste, due to the second natural short fermentation that produces the pleasent bubbles. Always to have it ready in the fridge.
Happy Holiday Reminder!
I spent this past August in Empuria, where Cresta Rose is made and it was my favourite holiday wine. Unusually, it has transported well to the gloomy UK and it is fab - light, fizzy and fruity. Great ordering service, great delivery - I'll be online again when this lot runs out!
Sippable and gluggable, tasty rose with a persistent pettillance. Attractive nose and a good balance between fruit and minerality on the palate. Good time wine.
Memories of Ibiza
Having received a bottle from my son after his holiday I so enjoyed the wine that I tracked it down to your company & every bit as good as that first bottle.
