Nit de Nin la Rodeda is the last wine made by the winery made with hairy grenache from a plot of which they did not know the name until they discovered it through the new maps created by the denomination. Harvested by hand and with a selection of grains, they put the whole bunches to ferment with their natural yeasts and the mature wine in oak barrels where they made the malolactic fermentation. He subsequently aged in new barrels. The result is a wine with a lot of energy, with almost imperceptible oak, abundant fine-grained tannins and a very long finish.
