Review
The Parvus Syrah is a wine that perfectly demonstrates the good adaptation of the Syrah grape to Catalan terroir and, especially, in Alella. They surprise and seduce their aromas of violets and blackberries, plums and pepper, all of them own syrah wines of colder weather. The sea feels in some discreet saline touch, but its freshness and its gastronomic versatility are its true strengths.
