Complex and fruity

There's an overall boldness and complexity to this wine which is unmistakable with a hint of dry fruit and peachy red fruits from start to finish which betrays a fundamentally balanced wine - a perfect example of the appellation for those who want to discover this region.

Lees on popcorn and roasted almond d.

Needs air. You smell the lees. Very nutty nose. Popcorn. Roasted almond. We started decanting it. Let’s wait for some minutes.

Surprising. Salty and smoky. Amazing white wine!

Light golden colour. White fruit and smoke on the nose. Creamy, salty, orange peel and honey in the mouth. Superb acidity. Truly amazing wine from Tenerife.
