The wine
The Tiques ferments in barrels and then passes briefly through amphorae; only 600 bottles are produced. It is a clean and deep xarel-lo, without sulphites. Fresh and deep, with a citric and delicate nose, with a certain drive on the palate adorned with aniseed and confectionery aromas. Measured volume and vertical acidity, with a dry finish with saline hints that make it a terribly gastronomic wine. It will grow in the bottle.
