A fine example of an amontillado for everyday

As a UK resident, I find amontillado suits our climate best for all but a few days of the year. It's hard to come by in our high streets and I have been working my way through the good selection of mid priced amontillados that Vinissimus supplies. This is as good as any for this price - almost bone dry and with a complexity that gradually unfolds.

Fantastic Value Allows for Frequent Drinking

Fantastic value. Great fino from Gutiérrez Colosía is the starting point for this relatively young but sophisticated sherry. I think of this as a high quality but everyday sherry.

Buen amontillado

Si bien es cierto que no es un amontillado sobresaliente, cumple y de sobra. Su único problema es la competencia, en calidad y precio, de los vinos del marco de Jerez, donde hay calidades elevadísimas a precios similares.
