Review

The Colección 125 range was introduced in 1985 to commemorate 125 years of exporting wines which began in 1860. These are limited production wines expressing the special qualities of their terroir and each individual grape harvest.

A traditionally-crafted white wine that is balanced and fresh, and has been matured on its lees.

Aged for 10 and a half months in French Allier oak barrels, on its lees and with regular batonnages.
