A gastronomic rosé par excellence, made by two exceptional craftsmen who combine wine-making expertise, sensory experience and good taste in the same glass... at an unbeatable price! How could you resist it?

Juan Mari Arzak has never hidden his passion for rosé wines and has always said that Chivite rosés are the best. The mutual admiration between these two artists of wine and cuisine gave rise to the idea of making a wine together — and here it is! An impecably balanced rosé of haute cuisine which was created over many conversations and evenings shared around the table, with culinary delights and good wines... just to be sure!

Las Fincas Rosado is a rosé to share with your guests, crafted by Chivite under Juan Marti's consistently attentive supervision and decisive criteria. It is a very pale rosé colour and is elegant in the nose, offering discrete aromas but with a seductive bouquet of rose petals and fresh fruit (pomegranates, blackberry, strawberries, and raspberries), very diffferent from sweet, over the top rosés. Las Fincas is a fresh, fruity, and flavoursome rosé, pleasantly unctuous in the mouth and well-structured.

Just as good as we remembered it :-)

We had this wine during a Christmas Day dinner whilst in Santa Cruz, Tenerife and really liked it. When home in Manchester, England, we searched online and found it on vinissimus. We placed our first order for 12 bottles and they arrived a few days later ahead of schedule. Really well packaged & on arrival, we tried a bottle and it was just light & lovely just as described. We compare this wine to “whispering angel” it’s that good! Cheers!

A light, refreshing rose

A pale, delicate and aromatic rose wine, very much in the Provencal style. The blend of grenache and tempranillo makes it far more interesting than the more usual rosados based on 100% tempranillo. A definite food wine for drinking outdoors in the summer months on a shady terrace! Ideal accompaniment for salads and seafood.

Fresh, Fruity Rose

Wonderfully fresh and flavoursome Rose, stands up well to being heavily chilled. Richly fruity and what nicer than a coppery pink glass with heavy condensation on the outside on a warm summer or autumn evening.

MY Wife’s Favourite Wine!!

This is a lovely dry and fruity Rose wine with a fresh clean taste. Excellent with a seafood platter or just to drink on the terrace in the sun. My wife adores this wine her clear favourite summer wine!

Very enjoyable Rose Wine

I purchased this wine to try something new and I was not disappointed. The wine has a delicate colour with a crisp and refreshing test. If looking for a Rose, I would certainly buy it again.

Wine from Chivite

Chivite

Chivite is the name of a renowned wine-making family in Navarra, which goes back 11 generations to 1647, with documental evidence of vineyard and wine cellar ownership, probably making this the oldest wine-producing dynasty in Spain. Back in 1860, when the phylloxera plague was blighting the French wine industry, the family embarked upon a trade route to northern Europe to meet increased demand, and later made their home an inn en route to Madrid, extending the reach of their...
