Details for Calcarius Falanghina Nù Litr Orange (1 L)
Review
Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 7 days in open vats with manual hat breakage. Unfiltered and clarified wine with winter racking in steel containers. At sight it is orange in color; floral notes and aromatic herbs intertwine with hints of oriental spices, composing an elegant and refined aromatic bouquet reminiscent of spring freshness. The taste is fresh and sapid characterized by citrus flavors of mandarin and orange.
The Orange Wines; are wines produced from white grapes but vinified as if they were reds, that is, leaving the must to macerate for very long times together with the skins and yeasts, which are deposited on the bottom and slowly transfer substances of different nature to the wine.Production
