Grapes grown on white stones of Kimmeridgian origin at 150 meters above sea level. Spontaneous fermentation with 5 days maceration on the skins in open vats and manual breaking of the cap without filtration. Wild and true Negroamaro, dense and spicy, very elegant with a clean tannin that closes on the palate leaving a clear memory of the sea. Amazingly daily wine with a disarming delicacy. Illuminating taste.
