The wine

Barón de Ley Blanco Semidulce is made from grapes from vines located at high altitudes. These grapes are usually harvested by hand during the third week of September, destemmed, and gently pressed. The delicate must obtained is taken to stainless steel tanks, where it ferments at a low temperature (between 12ºC and 14ºC). To stop this process, the temperature of the wine is drastically lowered, allowing some of the grape's natural sugar to remain intact in the wine. This explains the sweetness of the wine.

It is composed solely of Sauvignon Blanc grapes and has a bright, pale greenish-yellow colour. On the nose, it is a real surprise for its great expressiveness, developing an attractive range of aromas of exotic fruits, lime peel and aromatic herbs. On the palate, the entry is vibrant and seductive, with a soft sensation of sweetness and a fresh herbal memory, enhanced by a subtle touch of acidity.

It is the perfect wine to accompany appetisers, fish, herbed chicken or Asian cuisine.

One of the few Spanish wineries listed on the stock exchange, it is now a business group bringing together names such as El...
