A top class Albarino wine.
We first saw this in a small wine shop in Santiago de Compestella and as it was recommended we purchased 3 bottles and bought them home in our car. When we tried it we loved it and fully understood why it had won gold at the International wine challenge. I searched for the wine on Google and found it on the Vinissimus website and had no hesitation in ordering 12 bottles. Dry zesty citrusy but with body.
Pure and elegant
A wonderful example of the ever popular albarino from Rias Baixas. Mid-weight palate with a wonderful pure and elegant feel to it - perfect with prawns, crab, salmon (cold or hot), turbot, brill etc or just on its own before or after a meal
I have tried a few Albarino wines some good ... some not so, but Altos de Torona is most definitely one of the good ones especially for one so young ..... It is most excellente value and most certainly on my repeat order list!
A superb Albarino.
We first tasted this wine in Santiago de Compestella in the Autumn of 2016 when it had won a gold medal in Brussels. We love it and so do many of our friends. Dry but well rounded with the unique taste of the Albarino grape.

Wonderful wine for enjoying with seafood and fish. Best served slightly chilled, with friends, in the sun. Great value for money.
