Sparkling with grapes from xarel·lo (white pansa) of organic farming fermented by the yeasts of the vineyard itself and without the addition of any wine product. Its second fermentation in the bottle is done with the addition of must, so all the alcohol of the Bruant comes from the same grape. Its fine bubble, floral aromas, white fruit and nuts, decorate a wine of great purity and freshness.

A clean, fresh cava
This is a very pleasant, fresh and clean cava. As such, it is very versatile and goes well as an aperitif or with a meal. It is 100% Xarlel-lo, but the characteristic flavour of that variety comes out less than in other cavas mostly from Xarel-lo, such as III Lustros from Gramona or Recaredo's Subtil (OK, those are also longer aged and a notch more expensive). With the Bruant Natural, keep a pair of pliers handy when you want to open the bottle: the cork is clamped onto the bottle with an agrafe rather than the usual wire cage.
Tastes like conventional cava
No added sulfites, slight butter, tastes like conventional (as opposed to natural) cava, but then I haven't found any cavas that were particularly unusual. The most interesting, natural sparkling wines aren't cavas: Vega de Ribes Ancestral Malvasia de Sitges, Rafa Bernabe Acequion
Delicado y bueno
Cava muy delicado. Toque espumoso, i fresquito esta muy bueno. Muy recomendado. Les pongo un 7 de 10, y he probado bastantes.
