Winemaking
The grapes are harvested in the Valle de Uco and processed at the winery in Tupungato. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the Malbec’s fruity profile.
The wine is then aged for 7 months in oak barrels. A combination of new barrels and those used for a second or third vintage is employed. In this way, the oak complements the fruit without overpowering it.
