Inspired by a family anecdote from the ancestors of the Bestué family, this wine recalls Grandfather Lorenzo, who, when leaving the vineyard at the end of the day, would shake the dust from his sandals so as not to take away even a gram of soil. A simple gesture that reflected the immense value he placed on every corner of his plot.
