An honest wine which, in spite of its youth, exhibits a rich and complex array of ripe red fruit, and reveals an intense nose that is fresh and piquant, with tiny green touches (greenery) reminiscent of the spicy nuances of gin and eau de cologne. A rather strange sensation for anyone who has never had the chance to try a young Languedoc-Rousillon, since Oriol shows French traits, maturity swathed in green freshness…
