González Byass Alfonso Oloroso Seco
Spec sheet
The wine
González Byass Alfonso Oloroso Seco is a fortified wine from Jerez, made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes. Aged using the traditional system of soleras and criaderas, this Oloroso is aged for more than 8 years in American oak casks, which gives it its distinctive character. On the nose, it stands out for its intense aromas of dried fruits, such as walnuts and almonds, accompanied by subtle spicy and toasted notes. On the palate, it is dry, powerful and with great structure, offering a velvety sensation and a long, lingering finish. Perfect to accompany red meats, cured cheeses or game dishes.
