El Santillo
2023Spec sheet
What does this wine taste like?
Visually, it shows a very intense, bright and deep cherry colour, suggesting good concentration.
On the nose, it is expressive and appealing, with fresh red fruit taking centre stage (cherry and raspberry), accompanied by well-integrated lactic notes. Sweet spices also appear, bringing warmth, together with a delicate balsamic background that adds freshness and complexity to the whole.
On the palate, it is juicy and tasty, with a very pleasant slight final bitterness that lengthens the finish. Its freshness balances the whole, and the fine, well-polished tannins provide structure without reducing fluidity, leaving a harmonious, easy-to-drink impression.
