Details for AA Lanius 2017
Review
Lanius is the essence of Alella expressed through the maturity of the best chardonnay grapes. Only the fruit of the oldest vines is part of the Lanius and, in addition, it is harvested in several passes to ensure that the maturity of each cluster is optimal. Its fermentation and aging take place in French oak barrels, historical partners of the chardonnay grape, which contribute its unctuousness and its roasted aromas to the wine. Ripe fruit, fennel and candied orange peel intermingle with vanilla in an irresistible perfume.
