Beautiful, balanced and complex cava

Visited St. Sadurni and tasted about 20 cavas: this was the best of them. It's not the easiest summercava so you might want to have something to eat with it but it is very elegant and it has a lot of character. And still it's very nicely balanced. Very nice price for this quality too.
