One grape, Tempranillo, this Yllera has been our favourite wine for many years.

Just as good as I remember it when drinking in country.

i bought this same wine when visiting the Yllera winery in 2016. I assumed I couldn't get it in the UK, so was so surprised when I Googled it and found I could buy it from Vinissimus. It's just as good as I remember it three years ago and brings back happy memories of my wine tour of Ribera del Duero.

Good wine but has been better

Yllera has been one of my favourite value wines from Spain but so far I have found the 2013 vintage to be a little dull and lacking the fruity voluptuousness I have found in the past. Possibly I need to leave it in the cellar a little longer!

very warming

soft red, very warming. fruity & smooth. Enjoy with steak & bbqs. It's a really good wine for the price. Best opened & left to come to room temperature for its flavour to come through

Excellent value and a worthy every day alternative to Ribera

In a blind tasting, I can imagine being confused with a wine costing 3 times as much. Forest fruits, good does of alcohol and a lasting, luscious after-taste. Definitely one to try.
