Review
Considered "the Valpolicella of tomorrow", this surprising red for concentration, body and tannins, offers unexpected friendliness and richness of fruit. The decisive character of Oseleta, an autochthonous variety rediscovered by Masi, is combined with the cordial softness of Corvina. The overwhelming strength and ardor of this wine are enclosed in the name Toar, which designates the volcanic tuffs of the land of origin.
At sight it has an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections. The perfume is made up of ripe red fruit and hints of vanilla. Dry palate, good acidity and soft tannins. Plum and cherries. Long, warm and elegant finish ... Particularly suitable for grilled or roasted red meats, roast beef, game or game, medium-aged cheeses.
