Spec sheet
The wine
Generous wine of biological aging with an average age of 8 years. Chamomile of very long aging under a veil that never loses the flower, although it evolves over time, giving it a unique personality. Bottled on the branch before beginning to lose the flower, only with a slight filtering, to maintain the same qualities as in the boot.
