The wine
One of the wines that is most representative of this winery. From a special selection of old vines, aged between 100 and 140 years old, which year after year has managed to earn itself numerous accolades and awards.
In appearance, it is a dark Picota cherry colour and clean, with high density. It is complete, powerful and elegant on the nose. There is a good balance between the fruit aromas and those from ageing. With plenty of body on the palate, it is structured, silky, flavoursome and long.
Aged for 15 months in new French and American oak barrels (50%-50%). Subsequently left to rest in bottle for a year.
