This Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes, was born from the experience of a great Amarone Bosan. In March it undergoes a refermentation, lasting about 15 days, on the dried pomace of the Bosan amarone. The wine has a powerful, soft and velvety body with a predominant cherry bouquet that dominates the pleasant hints of cocoa, tobacco and vanilla. It goes perfectly with game, grilled and stewed meat as well as very mature cheeses.
