Great value

Took a chance on this semi seco to fill the void left by the demise of Freixnets Cordon Oro. Well it was just great. Fresh crisp notes and a slight sweetness. Will need to order again soon!

great with fish as well

color is a very pale straw yellow with elegant mousse. On the nose, aromas of bread and butter delicatessen appears. On the mouth, a pleasant sensation with fresh and balanced. fantastic

Nice wine - but for the money, absolutely brilliant

I am no wine expert and so it's difficult for me to provide comprehensive tasting notes. However, I can say this is a very pleasant, refreshing Cava that is just slightly sweeter than the more often encountered Cava Brut. If you don't mind the Brut style but sometimes wish it just wasn't quite so dry, then you'll enjoy this. It's obviously a high quality wine when you're drinking it but you might not believe it when you see the price - for just over £5 a bottle it is extraordinary value and makes it worth the shipping cost to th UK.
