The wine
Barbaresco Faset presents itself at the sight of garnet color with bright reflections; the nose is broad and aristocratic, notes of dried rose petals, small red fruits and an elegant mineral note amalgamated with very fine spices. Excellent in combination with hare with juniper berries, roasted guinea fowl, agnolotti with roast sauce, well-aged cheeses.
