The wine
The color is pale straw with greenish reflections. The scent is intense and fine, fruity and floral, persistent. Remember the golden apple and green almonds. Clear is the hint of chamomile flowers. The taste is harmonious and with a marked flavor. Classic wine with delicious appetizers, seafood and fish. Thanks to its structure and minerality, it is the ideal companion for rice salads, vegetable pies, light first courses and seafood dishes. It goes very well with fresh soft cheeses.
