Andalucía produces a rich array of wines, better known to us as Sherry, which notably includes Finos and Manzanillas, Amontillados, Olorosos and Palo Cortados, Pedro Ximénez sweet sherries and Muscatels, along with Pale Creams, Mediums and Creams, all produced in several areas of this southern region. The most famous of its denominations is Jerez-Manzanilla, which is why this whole range of traditional wines has taken its name from Jerez and become better known as Sherry, the generic term also used for those made in Montilla-Moriles, Malaga and the Condado de Huelva.
