Review
Vermell is a very special little wine. It's made from indigenous varieties (Monastrell, Garnacha Tintorera and Mandó) in the old traditional way, in earthenware jars buried in the winery's underground galleries. It's very fruit-forward and fresh on the nose, with aromas of damp clay, herbs and woodland bushes, and fruity on the palate, especially red fruit, pleasant, pure, profound and easy drinking. At this price and because of the good reviews it's received yet this is only the first vintage... who could resist trying it?
