This pecorino has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose expresses fruity hints the white and citrus pulp of grapefruit, also touches of Mediterranean scrub and fruity notes. The sip is well balanced, fragrant, fruity and fresh. Excellent in combination with fish dishes.
