At thirty-something, and after many battles won as sommelier defending Spain in several world championships, David now wants to convey with this wine's full potential as the Garraf area where Xarel.lo is perfectly adapted.
The Whip Booth is the beginning of his career in the Garraf Massif, specifically in the town of Sant Pere de Ribes. Rarely produces 2,000 bottles a few vineyards xarel.lo, 35 years old, pruned by the glass.
The Shed is a local wine whip, funny and light structure, a wine that meets the expectations of every palate: finite, fresh and with good notes of lemon and soft grass. The mouth is delicate, slightly bitter, with a note 'amontillada', which is typical of a good outcome of xarel.lo.
