The wine

The hermit, Chevalier Gaspard de Stérimberg gave his name to the Hermitage hill as well as to this cuvée from Marsanne and Rousanne. Coming from terroirs of high limestone terraces with pebbles, this wine is fresh, complex in the mouth with aromas of lemon, marmalade and white peach. Partially fermented and aged in egg-shaped cement vats, this wine has extraordinary length.
