The wine
The wine is a ruby-red colour of medium-high intensity and appears bright and crystal clear, with an abundance of dense tears. On the nose it releases creamy notes of pastries and lactic notes, with a mineral background and balsamic hints. The palate develops roundly, showing considerable volume, and offers a long finish and a creamy aftertaste.
Aged for 12 months in American and French barrels.
