The wine
Dario Prinčič's Ribolla Gialla wine has an intense amber yellow color; the nose reveals hints of apricot jam and herbaceous and vegetable notes. The taste is fresh, savory, mineral and balanced and with a well integrated tannic texture. Excellent with grilled fish, white meats and smoked salmon.
