The wine
Bodegas Borsao have some 1,600 hectares of mountain Garnachas in the foothills of the Moncayo Massif, with a high percentage of old vines, and their fruit produces fresh, fruit-forward and expressive wines.
Borsao Bole is their latest creation: a new Garnacha, although this time containing 30% Syrah, semi-aged (3-4 months in barrel), lush and very easy to drink, with which the winery is aiming to reach the wider consumer; a well-handled image and a very affordable price serve as an introduction in order to demonstrate what good value for money this wine represents.
Aged for 3 months in French oak barrels previously used for one or two wines.
